The Legal Cannabis Lie. Why Everyone is Going BROKE.

Legal cannabis was supposed to create a new generation of millionaires. Instead, it has destroyed billions in shareholder value, bankrupted major companies, and left most dispensaries struggling to survive.

In this video, we uncover why the legal cannabis industry is collapsing despite record demand.
From crushing taxes and federal regulations to black-market competition and corporate mismanagement, the “green rush” has become a cautionary tale of government intervention, investor hype, and economic reality. As small operators fight to stay alive, Big Pharma and major corporations are positioning themselves to take over the market entirely.

The real story isn’t why cannabis became legal. It’s why almost nobody is making money from it, and why the people who were promised the biggest rewards may end up losing everything.

MARIJUANA – Why a Schedule 1 Drug?

Should Cannabis be a Schedule 1 Drug? Absolutely NOT, but it is and here is why.

This classification was established under the Controlled Substances Act of 1970, which categorizes drugs according to their potential for abuse, medical usefulness, and safety. Despite growing evidence of its medical benefits, marijuana remains classified as a Schedule 1 drug, making it illegal under federal law and limiting its access for research purposes.

The Autoflower Germination Secret Nobody Talks About

Think you need a paper towel and plastic bag to germinate cannabis seeds?

Not necessarily.

In this episode of Senior Savvy Cannabis, Chase Werner of Triangle Seeds walks me through the best way to germinate autoflower cannabis seeds—and it may be very different from what you’ve seen online.

We discuss why autoflowers are more sensitive to stress than photoperiod plants, why transplanting can sometimes hurt your yield, and how starting seeds directly in their final container can help set them up for success.

Whether you’re growing your first cannabis plant or you’ve struggled with germination in the past, this episode covers the fundamentals you need to know before that seed ever sprouts.

In this video:

🌱 The biggest mistake new growers make when germinating seeds
🌱 Why Chase skips the paper towel method for autoflowers
🌱 How root stress can trigger early flowering
🌱 The ideal moisture and temperature for germination
🌱 How often to check your soil
🌱 Why we’re growing directly in a 7-gallon pot
🌱 How to use a simple humidity dome
🌱 When you’ll actually be harvesting your first autoflower

We’re growing along with the audience, so if you’re starting seeds too, let us know what you’re growing in the comments!

🚨🌿 America’s cannabis divide is growing.

While some states continue expanding medical and adult-use marijuana programs, others are taking steps to slow, limit, or block legalization efforts altogether.

The latest debate in Idaho has reignited a larger national conversation:

🏛️ State lawmakers?
👥 Or the voters?

As cannabis reform continues to spread across the country, not every state is moving in the same direction.

Virginia Cannabis Legalization Back On Track? | TDR Cannabis in 5

Virginia cannabis legalization may not be dead after all.

In this episode of Trade To Black, host Shadd Dales breaks down a major development coming out of Virginia that could finally pave the way for legal adult-use cannabis sales after years of delays, political battles, and uncertainty.

As first reported by Marijuana Moment, Virginia lawmakers and Governor Abigail Spanberger have reportedly reached a compromise through the state budget process that would establish a framework for recreational cannabis sales beginning July 1, 2027.

The news comes just weeks after Governor Spanberger vetoed cannabis sales legislation that many believed would finally get Virginia’s adult-use market off the ground.

Now, lawmakers appear to have found common ground on several key issues, including possession limits, taxation, public consumption rules, enforcement, and the timeline for launching legal sales.

In this video, Shadd breaks down what has changed, why the governor vetoed the original bill, what the new agreement could look like, and why this may be one of the most important state-level cannabis stories of the year.

Virginia has been stuck in a unique position for years. Adults can legally possess cannabis and grow it at home, but there is still no regulated retail market where consumers can legally purchase products.

If this agreement holds, that could finally change.

With cannabis reform continuing to advance across the United States, all eyes are now on Virginia as lawmakers race toward the July 1 budget deadline.

Federal rescheduling of marijuana products spurs legalization debate in Indiana

A major decision from the White House may have local implications.

The Justice Department issued an order rescheduling certain marijuana products to a lower drug classification.

The order does not legalize marijuana for medical or recreational use.

It does change the way state medical marijuana is regulated. The change shifts it from a Schedule 1 drug like heroin or LSD to a less strictly regulated schedule 3.

Medical marijuana remains illegal in Indiana and has been for more than a hundred years.

People are wondering if this reclassification could change how Indiana views marijuana.

While the future of marijuana legalization in Indiana remains uncertain. At the federal level, things are changing and it could impact Indiana’s future.

The issuance of this order immediately places products containing marijuana that are regulated by a state medical marijuana licenses from schedule 1 to schedule 3.

That’s now the same level as Tylenol with codeine.

“I think it’s encouraging for us in Indiana on a local level being that Indiana sits between Illinois, Michigan and Ohio and and they’re all approved already. And so I’m hopeful that it gets everything moving and provides some relief for everybody that on the medical marijuana side,” said State Representative Randy Novak (D), Michigan City.

Indiana is just one of ten states where both medicinal and recreational marijuana are not legal.

All of the neighboring states allow for one or both reasons.

“Being the fact that in the figure I got from the the attorney general states I think there’s 45 other states and groups that have this already,” said Novak. “So, given the fact that those are already in place. Indiana has that has the opportunity to really make sure we get it right and when we implement something we approve something for medical marijuana.”

While it’s hard to say exactly what the economic impact could be for marijuana legalization.

It could bring in additional tax dollars for the state.

Lawmakers expecting conversations to continue.

“I absolutely think with the federal government easing up on this. It should open the door to more at least some some legislation coming in. Hopefully it would come the come in the form of from the minorities and and the majority. So, hopefully it’s a bipartisan bill that comes through and and we get something moving forward,” said Novak.

The federal government will look at additional broader changes to marijuana’s status under federal law in June.

WSBT reached out to Indiana Governor Mike Braun about what this could mean for Indiana but we have not heard back.

SB49 Failed…For Now!

🚨 Pennsylvania’s latest marijuana bill just FAILED in the Senate, but unfortunately it isn’t dead yet.

Senate Bill 49, a top priority for the marijuana industry and would create a new Marijuana Control Board, was voted down 27 to 23. But instead of moving on, lawmakers used a procedural maneuver to keep the bill alive, meaning it could come back for another vote.

This is a dangerous bill for our state, and it can be a Trojan horse for forcing your community to have pot shops selling marijuana for recreational use. SB49 would hand all regulatory decisions to an unelected board, subsidize marijuana access with taxpayer dollars, and move Pennsylvania one step closer to the marijuana industry’s ultimate goal: recreational legalization.

Meanwhile, Governor Shapiro continues pushing for recreational marijuana as part of budget negotiations.

So while SB49 failed—for now—the debate is far from over. Stay informed, because what happens next could have major consequences for you and your community. Visit pafamily.org.

Never Judge People who use Medical Marijuana. “He Got Shot” Some People Use it for Pain Management.

#fyp #youtubeshort #inspirational #motivational #help people have very different views about it, and it is not considered a miracle cure by medical science.
Cannabis contains compounds called cannabinoids, especially THC and CBD. These compounds interact with the body’s endocannabinoid system, a network involved in pain, mood, appetite, sleep, and other functions.
Some people report benefits such as:
Reduced chronic pain
Relief from nerve-related pain
Reduced nausea from certain medical treatments
Improved appetite in some conditions
Relief of muscle spasms in some disorders
Improved sleep for some individuals
However, cannabis does not heal every disease, and evidence varies depending on the condition. For some people, it may help manage symptoms rather than cure the underlying problem.
There are also risks:
Impaired judgment and coordination
Memory and concentration problems
Anxiety or paranoia in some individuals
Dependence or cannabis use disorder
Potential interactions with medications
From a biblical perspective, Christians hold different views. The Bible does not specifically mention marijuana. Many believers apply principles such as wise stewardship of the body (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), sobriety and self-control (1 Peter 5:8), and seeking God’s wisdom when making health decisions.
If someone is considering cannabis for pain management, it is generally wise to discuss it with a healthcare professional, especially if they have medical conditions or take other medications.
Pain relief and healing are not always the same thing:
Pain relief means reducing discomfort.
Healing means repairing or restoring the underlying condition.
Cannabis may help some people with pain relief, but that does not necessarily mean it is healing the source of the problem.

Weed restrictions eased as Trump reclassifies medical marijuana | This is America

Donald Trump has reclassified FDA-approved cannabis products and state-licensed medical marijuana into Schedule III of the Controlled Substances Act.
This removed it from Schedule I, where it had previously been classified alongside heroin.
Trump has reiterated that the Shifting to Schedule III does not legalise recreational or medical use Federally, but it dramatically eases restrictions on scientific research and eases the tax burden for dispensaries.
