Whats up family? I had Saturdays open, so i said, “Why not?” The NEW SERIES “Smoke Night Live” is a show where we have fun smoking and Dual-Streaming on Skout & MeetMe. Now im kind of hurt right now with what the Feds and the media are doing in this country I used to call home, so the jokes might get a little intense. I by no means believe in racism or certain races are better, nor do i even start by cracking jokes or clownning people, but these people ask for it. So come put some herb in the air, sit back, and enjoy another night of the wild people on Skout & MeetMe with me DruTheProphet!

“G,g,g,g,g,g, G-Unit!” I remember the days growing up watching BET playing like were rappers, and “50 Cent” Curtis Jackson came on the radio almost out of nowhere. The guy looks like a freaking centaur in his suits. “Many Men”, the song on the Intro, came from his “Get Rich Or Die Tryin'” album released Febuary 6th, 2003, and later was in his autobiographical documentary movie of the same title in November of 2005. I remember you couldnt turn the radio on, party, or watch MTV’s TRL & B.E.T.’s 106 & Park without hearing the fun catchy music of my high school era. The guy stays busy; he has his hands in Film & TV production, writing, show, while supposedly still making music. History and the hip-hop music industry had to face 50 at some point, and music would probably be gayer without him. It’d be nice to one day meet with all of the other real great guys, and get back to saying fuck people and not caring.

Harry Styles

“Watermelon Sugar” is a song written by Harry Styles, Mitch Rowland, Tyler Johnson, Kid Harpoon, and performed by Harry Styles himself. If you don’t know, Harry Styles, is a band member from the group “One Direction,” which decided to take a break 2016. If you tried to kick Harry in the nads, well it’d probably hurt your f@&cking foot. Harry Styles’s songs “As It Was”, “Adore You”, and this one, “Watermelon Sugar”, are his most popular here, and can be heard all over the radio.To be honest, at first I was confused/misunderstood about the message of the song, but now i think its funny. Its chick music, but its fun on the male vocals. It has a lustful, playful vibe, and is a good jam to party with the ladies.

Cenk Uygur (host of The Young Turks) discusses a recent ruling by the Colorado Supreme Court which states that you can be fired by your employer if you smoke marijuana even if it’s been legalized in your state. “While medical marijuana is legal in Colorado, employers can still fire patients for using it — even if they aren’t impaired at work.

In a landmark decision Monday morning, the Colorado Supreme Court ruled that Brandon Coats, a quadriplegic medical marijuana patient from Colorado who was fired by Dish Network in 2010 for using the drug while at home and off-duty, was not protected under the state’s “lawful activities statute.”

“Although I’m very disappointed today, I hope that my case has brought the issue of use of medical marijuana and employment to light,” Coats said in an emailed statement. “If we’re making marijuana legal for medical purposes we need to address issues that come along with it such as employment. Hopefully views on medical marijuana –- like the ones in my specific case — will change soon.”

The arguments from both Dish’s and Coats’ attorneys centered on the question of what exactly constitutes “lawful” use of medical marijuana outside of the workplace — and how such use can be considered lawful when federal law still classifies marijuana as an illegal substance, even though the state of Colorado has legalized its use both medically and recreationally.”*

High Society is a new VICE documentary series about drugs in the UK.

Weed is the UK’s favourite illegal drug. An estimated half a million people use it for medicinal purposes, and many more just to get high. But while countries around the world move to decriminalise or even fully legalise smoking and growing weed – and in the face of British police de-prioritising the policing of cannabis – the UK’s government refuses to budge. When over 200,000 people signed a petition last year calling on Westminster to make the production, sale and use of weed legal, the government responded with a flat-out no.

In this episode of High Society we explore how that approach to the issue shapes the UK’s weed culture, meeting growers, medical users, politicians and a couple of thieves in Birmingham who have come up with a novel way to make money off the country’s cannabis trade.

With the legalization of marijuana in Illinois coming on January 1, it’s important to remember there are still laws around the use of the drug.

For example, it will still be illegal to drive while under the influence of cannabis. Though there isn’t a comparable device to the Breathalyzer for testing blood alcohol levels, police will continue to use field sobriety tests for marijuana detection.

“What the officers have to rely on is basically their initial observation of the vehicle, their driving habits, what are they doing?” said Sergeant Derek Zook of the Naperville Police Department. “And then the observation that the officers make will determine if they do a field sobriety test.”

Drivers that fail that test can be arrested and taken to the police station for blood and urine samples.

Similar to the .08 BAC threshold for alcohol, the NPD has established concentrations for THC in those tests.

It’s also illegal to consume cannabis in public. Sergeant Zook said the best place to use cannabis is in your own home.

“It’s going to be handled the same way as open alcohol,” said Zook. “You just can’t walk around Downtown Naperville with a can of beer. It’ll be the same thing. You can’t walk around Downtown Naperville or anywhere within the city and smoke marijuana.”

Naperville has not opted in to the sale of cannabis within the city’s jurisdiction, but residents could purchase products from dispensaries in other municipalities.

There will be a non-binding referendum asking residents to weigh in with their stance on recreational cannabis sales on the March 17 primary ballot.

The legalization of marijuana is just around the corner.

The market has been projected to be worth more than $10 billion. For some, that suggests the marijuana industry is going to be a gold rush – that is until you look inside.

It is a labyrinth of rules, regulations, background checks, banks that won’t give you an account, a reliance on investors and there are no guarantees you’ll get a license. The government won’t be propping you up; in fact it will be watching you very closely to ensure your products meet exacting standards and that everything you do conforms to the law.

There are, however, entrepreneurs who think it’s worth the risk. And risk is the operative word. Just because marijuana and the production of it will become legal in Canada, it doesn’t mean it’s legal anywhere else except Uruguay. The United States has already stated that if you work in or invest in marijuana you could be banned from entry to the US for life.
