The clock is ticking down for Nebraska lawmakers to set up framework for how to regulate medical marijuana in the state. You’ll remember – in November – voters approved medical cannabis in Nebraska,they also wanted a commission set up to regulate the industry. Those rules and regulations need to be in by July 1st.
