Marijuana legalization was on the ballot in several states in 2015, and Morning Consult’s Reid Wilson expects the trend to continue in 2016. 17 states are considering marijuana ballot initiatives including: Nevada, Florida and Michigan. In California, there are already 10 potential measures being considered.
