Start growing Marijuana in California. Thanks to California voters in Fall 2016, Proposition 64 was passed allowing citizens in this state that are 21 or older to grow marijuana for recreational use. That means you can grow up to 6 plants in your private house and have the right to carry 28.5 grams. I decided to make this video for others, like me, who wanted to learn about growing cannabis in your own home by showcasing an item that have been proven to work.
