The other day, I made bread and butter quick pickles and so many wanted the recipe for dill quick pickles as well! Here it is:

– 1 cup white vinegar
– 1 cup water
– 1 tbsp kosher salt
– onion
– cucumbers
– 1 tbsp dill seed in each jar

(makes 2 pint jars)
