1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups of flour
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract (IMPORTANT)
(MIX)
INGREDIENTS FOR COATING:
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
(MIX)
-TAKE DOUGH AND ROLL INTO 1 INCH ROUND BALLS
-ROLL BALLS IN SUGAR/CINNAMON UNTIL COATED
* PRE-HEAT OVEN 400*F *
-BAKE FOR 8 MINUTES
