SUPER SOIL

There are many great premade mixes out there but i like to know exactly what is in my soil so i create my Compost in small scale hand crafted batches with majority of ingredients from down to earth ammendments using @Coastofmaine bar harbor blend with added nutrients and my “Black Gold” compost and periodic compost teas.
Coast of Maine is a great Local East Coast Based compost supplier with grade a products.
Down To Earth is a great company based in Oregon you can check their site to find a local supplier near you and support a small business ( its also much cheaper that way than shipping to your house)

Dont slack with a cheap Led for veg and flower .

If you really want to create something special the quality of your lights is important after all we are trying to replicate something as complex as the sun. there are a dozen or so decent brands now on the market and i ended up going with

In this weeks episode i will be going over how my recent light. breaking led me to reevaluate all the current. best LED grow lights on the market compared to sun light and cmh bulbs. I will also go into why a more well rounded full spectrum is the best for the plants and a spectrum with only blue and red will be slacking in a lot useful energy that used to be thought of as wasteful when LED/s first hit the market. but we are way beyond the days of blurple LEDs and CMH or ceramic metal halide used to be the best thing closest to sunlight but now dare i say it and i know some will still defend them but the evidence shows, LED’s have actually surpassed the capabilities of even the best CMH bulbs. but they are few and far in between and most new lights are still using outdated spectrum off of outdated studies, so i will shows you in this video whos ahead of the industry standards and why i chose the lighht i chose to replace it with out any bias as this video is not a paid promotion, only an honest personal review. High friends!

during this Grow series We had the opportunity to feature the 6-site Aircube system by GrowAce.

We began our journey growing a total of 4 plants

1. “X Factor OG” by Twenty20 (Autoflower)
2. “X Factor OG” by Twenty20 (Autoflower)
3. “The Grape Beyond” by Recherche Genetics (PhotoPeriod)
4.”Nerds Rope S1″ by elev8 Seeds (photoPeriod)

During this grow series I found out then I can actually grow giant size autoflowers that produce beautiful yields. 😂 If you’re familiar with my channel you already know I’m not a big fan of the autoflower. I am now a believer this system Is the answer to help autos thrive! 👀 This entire grow cycle was basically hands-free The self-watering system made it way too easy!

here are my thoughts:

Pros:
Perfect watering/feeding schedule
No missed waterings
Healthy Root Zone
Nutrient uptake is quicker
easy setup
user friendly
awesome results

Cons:
The reservoir has build up on the inside. (I suggest getting a long handled scrubber.

This made me feel like a lazy grower 😂 but I feel like this should have been a pro instead of a con because it gave me more time to focus on other things.

What I added:
Inside the reservoir I added an air stone to help create more oxygen and keep the water moving in from becoming stagnet.

Soil: Happy Frog
nutrients used: Emerald Harvest “three-part series”

special notes:
Make sure your plant has around 3-5 nodes before using.
The timer runs off of military time! “I have a video you can watch on how to easily set the timer.”

Don’t run autos and photos at the same time otherwise during your photoperiod vegative cycle, you will be feeding flower nutrients to your autoflowers! That’s my bad 😆

What do you do if you have a Hermie? How do I know if I have a hermie plant? Can I save it? Can i make feminized seeds with it? How are feminized seeds made?
If you have every asked yourself any of these questions then you’re in the right place.

Note: using colloidal silver you can induce self pollination in flower and keep the strain “pure” by only spraying a select few branches or you can induce this on the entire plant to pollinate other plants which then you can also create a cross. generally this is repeated multiple times to bring out specific traits, until the desired traits are obtained.

sup guys its z here again to show you my orannabis grow in this episode im ggooing to be gooing over the recovery of some plants that seemingly are too far gone, and whether or not its worth it to spend the time tryingg to revive them or just pop new seeds. ill go over why i decided to keep these plants and hoow i brought them back to life with living soil.

another. quick tip in this segment is if if a bbranch snaps accidentally while trainingg you can actually tape it back together and it will heal bback together, so as you see in this case i over bent this branch but i actaully didnt mean to snap it, so im goingg to tape it up and youll see within a week it will be healed enouogh to tremove the tape and reveal a hardened stem thats actually sturdier than before the bbreak.

There are many great premade mixes out there but i like to know exactly what is in my soil so i create my Compost in small scale hand crafted batches with majority of ingredients from down to earth ammendments using @Coastofmaine bar harbor blend with added nutrients and my “Black Gold” compost and periodic compost teas.
