N.J. lawmakers face "razor thin" vote on recreational marijuana

New Jersey lawmakers are due to vote Monday on a bill to legalize recreational marijuana. The measure needs to pass both chambers of the state house. If it does, New Jersey would join 10 other states and D.C. that already legalized pot. Meg Oliver reports.
