A new Sooner Poll finds up to 73% of likely Oklahoma voters favor the medical marijuana issue on the June primary ballot. And despite U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions decision to scrap Obama era policies on enforcement against medical and recreational marijuana as approved by states, a former Oklahoma U.S. Attorney doubts it will change the way the federal laws have been enforced in the state.
