Boiling water is 212 degrees Fahrenheit and FULLY decarboxylates the cannabis! Please, DO NOT cook cannabis in the oven! It only burns it with dry heat causing an unpleasant taste. Boiling water is moist heat and does not burn the cannabis. The oil itself is also moist heat and gently decarboxylates the cannabis instead of harshly burning it with dry oven heat!
