Infused Snowball Cookies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened

1/2 and 1/2 cups powdered sugar, divided

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (spooned & leveled)

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup chopped pecans

1 gram decarbed rosin

Hardware:

Mixing bowl

Electric hand mixer

Spatula

Baking sheet

Cooling rack

Parchment Paper

On-Site Process:

Using an electric mixer, cream together the cannabutter, ½ cup of powdered sugar, and vanilla extract for 1-2 minuteS, should be light in color and smooth with sugar completely dissolved. Mix in the salt, mix in the flour in batches to prevent spilling, fully combine stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.

Mixer on low speed, mix in the chopped pecans.

Using a tbsp measuring spoon, measure out the cookie dough, roll into balls, and place on the prepared baking sheets.

Off-Site Process:

Bake at 350°F for 14-15 minutes
