I’ve been consuming and smoking cannabis for a long time, but this little joint was VERY special for me. I grew this bud myself starting from just a little seed. There was something very soothing and spiritual about growing something from nothing and then being able to enjoy the fruits of your labor. This was a major moment for me!

Bill introduced to change Ohio’s marijuana laws

Ohio Senate Bill 56 is looking to increase the excise sales tax on recreational marijuana sales from 10% to 15%.

Darius Walters, with Nar Reserve, a dispensary in downtown Columbus, said he can’t imagine a higher tax.

“Politics play a big role in our economy every day. It would be ridiculous to not pay attention to what’s going on with our board and how it affects our business,” said Walters.

He thinks if a higher tax were to happen, it would push customers to a different avenue of marijuana sales.

“I think it will push the medicinal side more. It’s very cheap to get a medicinal card,” he said.

The tax revenue from recreational sales is set for four different categories.

One of the categories is the cannabis social equity and jobs fund, which is used for social equity and job initiatives. Senate Bill 56 looks to get rid of that fund.

The bill also wants to limit the number of home-grown marijuana plants to six per household. Right now, a household with two people can have up to 12 plants.

For Walters, he said he expected there to be potential changes from the legislature about marijuana sales. But he said overall, he knows the sale of marijuana in Ohio will benefit people.

“The money will help the community once it gets allocated and designated for the specific categories,” said Walters.

Day 21 from seed sprout.

I’m struggling with dialing in the nutrient solution. The plant is growing pretty quickly though. I’ve got three sets of lower side branching developing quick after the top.

I got asked about the grow tent in the last short I uploaded. I’m growing in a Vivosun the grow system. 
This is an all in one automated system. The reservoir only holds 1 gallon and has a drip system built-in. The system did not have aeration or water movement in the Reservoir so I added a pump and some air stones.

If you have any specific questions, I’ll answer them and be very truthful.

I’ve been in this game long enough to know that these motherfuckers don’t care about me, they just want my audience and your money. Most the time these fuckers don’t know the first thing about growing or the grow culture.

I’m also fully aware that the only reason my channel exists today and has the number of subscribers it does is because I keep it real and true to my people.
