How to Support Your Liver (the Right Way)

The goal here is to support both Phase I and Phase II liver detox pathways.

Eat these liver-loving foods daily:

* Cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts)
* Beets and carrots
* Garlic and onions
* Leafy greens
* Lemon in warm water
* Organic eggs (rich in choline)
* Avocado (great for glutathione production)
* Turmeric and ginger (anti-inflammatory and bile-supportive)

HYDRATION and ALCOHOL AVOIDANCE

And drink plenty of filtered water. Your liver needs hydration to keep bile flowing and flush waste out.
Avoid:
* Alcohol (obviously)
* Fried foods and trans fats
* Artificial sweeteners and additives
* High-sugar fruits and juices
* Excessive supplements not needed in this phase
