In this video I bred my Afghan Kush plants to create seeds. I know there is a lot involved in breeding cannabis especially when you are trying to isolate a genotype. I do not have the time or space to really set up a true breeding program so I decided to breed my plants based on looks and smell. These plants didnt really have too many genotypes anyway. I chose the strongest, smelliest plants to breed. My male was a medium sized genotype that smelled earthy and piney. Female one was tall, smelled earthy piney, with hints of fruit. Female two was short and smelled earthy, piney and cheesy. Female one created large dense buds, and matured fast. Female two , grew slow but was packed with trichomes. She looked like she was sprinkled with sugar.
I fed the plants a balanced fertilizer mix all through their life. Plenty of NPK in equal parts. The temps were kept between 78- and no higher than 85.
