Attorney General William Barr told senators Wednesday that he favors a federal law against states legalizing marijuana, but said he would be open to another approach that gives states better guidance. Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, asked Barr to clarify his stance on the issue during a Senate subcommittee hearing.
