As a note – A friend of mine who NEVER EVER gets high from eating weed ate two of my cookies a couple of hours ago and is absolutely BLITZED out of his skull

INGREDIENT LIST:

• 2½ cups All-Purpose Flour (plain flour)
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup light brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon baking powder
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 cup ground dry-roasted salted peanuts
• 2 eggs
• 2 sticks cannabutter (my recipe for 1 stick is here, so you must double it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_UC7avVJKSQ)

EQUIPMENT LIST:

• 1 large mixing bowl
• 1 medium mixing bowl
• 1 large spoon
• 1 electric whisk
• 1 food processor
• 2 baking trays
• Cooling rack
• Parchment paper

• 2 tablespoon peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)

• 1 whisk (hand whisk or electric whisk)
• 1 food processor
• Measuring equipment (spoons, cups etc)
• 1 microwave
• Baking dish (for the brownies)
