🏙️ **They’re stealing money from your city** – The Host Community Cannabis Fund, which gives money to cities that allow dispensaries, **will be reduced to 20% and then eliminated.** Instead of reinvesting in local infrastructure and public services, that money will be **funneled into the state’s general fund.**
🚫 **Unemployment Benefits at Risk** – HB 160 lets employers **fire** workers for using legal cannabis and **blocks unemployment benefits** for anyone terminated due to cannabis use, even off the clock.
This is **NOT what Ohio voters approved** when they passed recreational cannabis! **We must fight back!**
