Nova Southeastern University (NSU) College of Pharmacy hosted “Florida’s Future – The Medical Marijuana Debate” on October 21, 2016 as an opportunity for students, faculty members, staff and members of the community to learn about the health, political, legal and social issues related to Florida’s proposed Constitutional Amendment 2, or Florida Medical Marijuana Legalization Initiative, which will be up for a vote on November 8, 2016. Representatives and elected officials from both sides of the issue debated, followed by a medical panel.
