At least two business owners are blazing the trail for Minnesota’s recreational cannabis industry. The legalization process took 25 months, making Minnesota the third slowest too license businesses. But the first license went out this week, and FOX 9’s Corin Hoggard visited what may be the first retailer to get cleared for opening.
