HB1200 would legalize recreational marijuana in Pennsylvania, and the consequences would be devastating for families and children. It would open the floodgates for mental health problems, psychosis, traffic fatalities, and so much more devastation.

Representative Kathy Rapp is standing up for our kids, our communities, and the truth. At our press conference earlier this month, she joined families whose lives have been ruined by recreational marijuana and called for an end to this radical push.

Are your lawmakers doing the same? While HB1200 – the most recent bill to push commercial, recreational marijuana – has died in Senate committee, many legislators want a new or amended bill to continue pushing this substance that is so dangerous to our kids.
