We catch up with Travis Petersen who is a Canadian that currently lives in Arizona and is a Pioneer in the Cannibis infused cuisine space. He tells us all about his experience on Master Chef, Traveling the world offering his unique infused dinners, and how he has started to form a hub to train people in the new and upcoming space of Infused food. He explains the science behind certain responses and how he forms the experience for his events. It was a wonderful chat about something we had many questions about.
