Fried Chicken Recipe:
6 Cups water
1/2 cup of pickle juice
1 cup salt
1/2 cup of sugar
2 tbl salt
2 tbl black pepper
2 tbl garlic powder
1 tbl paprika
3 3 tbl seasoned salt
2 tsp of keef of your choice
1 cup of milk
3 beaten eggs
pot of infused cooking oil
Directions:
Soak raw chicken in brine of water, salt & sugar overnight. Then drain and dry off chicken. Sprinkle chicken with salt, paprika, seasoned salt & ground black pepper. Toss chicken in beaten eggs then dredge in seasoned infused flour. Cook chicken in infused cooking oil at med heat for 8-10 minutes.
Cornbread Recipe
1 box of cornbread mix
1 egg
1/4 cup of milk
1/8 cup of granulated sugar
3 oz. of melted cannabis butter
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and back in an oiled pan at 400 degrees F. for 7 min then drizzle melted cannabis butter on top then continue to bake for another 5 min or until lightly brown on top.
Grits Recipe
4 cups of hard simmering water
2 1/2 cups of white or yellow grits
2 tbl salt
1 tbl pepper
3 oz. cannabis butter
1 oz. unsalted regular ass butter lol
Directions:
Stir in grits and continuously stir until they reach a light boil. add in salt and both butters. Lower heat to low and cover for about 5 min. Remove from heat, stir and serve.
