Kabilang diyan ang mga may epilepsy, cancer at HIV/AIDS. Pero magiging mahigpit ang regulasyon sa paggamit nito. Hindi naman kumbinsido si Health Secretary Francisco Duque na ligtas at mabisa ang paggamit ng medical marijuana. May report si Ivan Mayrina.
