Marijuana legalization becomes an unexpected disaster for a college pot dealer whose comfortable campus business depends on weed remaining illegal. When Washington voters approve recreational cannabis, Philip Gasnier watches his customers and income come under threat, so he launches an increasingly outrageous campaign to overturn the new law and save his underground enterprise. This cannabis comedy and political satire combines college life, stoner humor, marijuana legalization, entrepreneurial schemes, hypocrisy, and campus chaos as Philip fights progress for one very personal reason.
