For now, MedPharm will offer three products with ranging levels of cannabidiol, commonly referred to as CBD, and tetrahydrocannabinol, commonly referred to as THC. Lucas Nelson, MedPharm’s general manager, told the Des Moines Register on Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2018, that at least 1,000 Iowans have gotten doctors’ approval to use medical marijuana.
