1&1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup infused melted butter or unsalted butter
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
3 cups AP flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
* recommend using a ice cream scooper to portion the dough, you can chill the dough after portion to be able to shape them in a ball or if not , scoop and portion on baking tray then bake on 355 degrees F for 10-25 minutes

1 225gr unsalted butter
1 cup water
*simmer on lowest heat for 30-1hr, allow it to strain on its own. do not squeeze any excess out if it.
