This is a longer video so I’ll summarize it here for those of you who can’t sit through it (like me). I had lyme for 7 years (from ages 7 – 14) which screwed up my joints, brain, and overall development and caused chronic pain. I have multiple autoimmune issues, mostly on my thyroid and
