Assisting Students Who are Medical Marijuana Cardholders

This course, presented by medical marijuana attorneys Christine Taylor Brann and William Roark, will explore the emerging cannabis industry in Pennsylvania by discussing the intersections between medical marijuana, hemp, and various legal practices. The course, the time for which is divided equally between Pennsylvania’s Medical Marijuana Act and Pennsylvania’s Industrial Hemp Program, includes a review of the past two years, a discussion of current events, and concludes with a review of issues for which lawyers in Pennsylvania need to be on the lookout.
